About Charleston Property Company

Krisztina is the Chief Operating Officer for The Charleston Property Company.  She is primarily responsible for the oversight of the process and flow of business within the operations, leasing and business development departments. She has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2016.   Prior to working in property management, Krisztina was a small business owner for 25 years.

Amy is our Director of Leasing, Revenue & Logistics. In addition to overseeing the leasing and applications departments, she oversees the company’s marketing efforts & website design, works with the management team to drive company policy and maximize revenue, and works continuously to improve the company’s interdepartmental processes. Prior to working with The Charleston Property Company, Amy worked in the vacation rental and hotel industries with a Masters from the George Washington University. 

Kristin is our Senior Property Manager. She oversees all aspects of the property management department (client and resident relations, property maintenance, you name it!). She performs various tasks, including property inspections and expertly coordinating property renovations and repairs to alleviate resident and owner stress. Kristin has been in Property Management since 2017 but comes from a construction background which has helped her in assisting clients in properly maintaining their assets. Known for her strong customer service background, close client relationships, and problem-solving skills, Kristin takes joy in using her experience to assist her team while keeping clients satisfied and driving business to the next level.

Penny is the Onboarding Coordinator for the Charleston Property Company. Her primary role is to assist new clients as soon as they sign on to receive our management services. She collects all essential property information and provides new owner clients with all of the resources they will need while working with us. Penny also ensures each property is rent-ready, and works with our new owner clients until they are fully onboarded and ready to transition to our Leasing Department.

Ally is our Business Development and Onboarding Representative. She works with our COO as the first point of contact for our new and prospective clients, as well as our Onboarding Manager for the transition into the Onboarding Department. From assisting with initial inquiries to explaining our services, Ally's goal is to be transparent, and mindful, and to simplify the process of hiring a property management company for our clients. Prior to joining the Charleston Property Company team, Ally worked for many years in the real estate industry. She has a genuine passion for helping connect her customers to the best possible solutions, whatever their needs may be. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her husband and children.

Maria is our Assistant Property Manager. She oversees the property management staff alongside our Senior Property Manager, while also handling various aspects of our portfolio including move-outs, lease renewals, and day-to-day account operations.  Prior to working in property management, Maria gained 15 years of Customer Service experience which enables her to excel in all facets of client and resident relations.

Ashley is the Leasing Coordinator for The Charleston Property Company. She places available properties on the market and monitors the performance in efforts to minimize vacancy and maximize rental rates. She regularly communicates with potential tenants via phone and email to answer any questions and help finalize lease agreements. She works directly with the Director of Leasing, as well as the applications agent to qualify long-term tenants for our properties.  In her free time Ashley enjoys traveling and spending time with her dogs.

Tania is a Leasing Coordinator for The Charleston Property Company. She communicates regularly with prospective tenants and assists with processing all incoming tenant applications in coordination with the South Carolina Fair Housing Law. She is an avid reader who loves nature and adventure sports.

Paloma is a is a Resident Services Coordinator for The Charleston Property Company. As part of the Property Management team, Paloma assists with day-to-day operations and responds to resident inquiries. She also coordinates mid-term evaluations and manages lease renewals. Paloma grew up in Texas and is a Dallas Cowboys fan! She loves watching football and is mother to two boys. She enjoys being in the kitchen and loves to read and sew in her spare time.

Armando is our full-service Maintenance Coordinator, who works hand in hand with our Property Management team. Armando is responsible for scheduling our maintenance contractors to perform the various duties required in a timely manner, and to keep maintenance operations organized and running smoothly. He manages all aspects of maintenance requests (invoicing, customer service, and communication) and acts as the liaison between our clients and residents for anything maintenance related. His years of customer service experience aids in the ultimate client and resident experience.
