Can I put down a deposit to hold a property?

The property is not held until a lease is signed and a security deposit is received.

We do not "hold" properties with money down. You will first need to submit an application and be approved. Once you receive the lease to sign, you will submit your security deposit 48 hours after it is signed. This will then hold the property for you until the move in date.
